Services to individuals, businesses, and groups are provided on-site in the southern seacoast area of Maine, seacoast area of New Hampshire, and northeastern Massachusetts from Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you are not sure if your area is served, please inquire.
Rates for one-on-one services are determined by the hours required, on a sliding scale. Group instruction and speaking engagement fees are determined by the scope of project and type of business, club or organization.
Services are provided in smoke-free environments only. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
