She also helps you determine if your goal will conflict with previous goals you've set and if it's something you really want, not want others expect from you.

Helen helps you to be realistic. Goals take patience, persistence, time and planning. You need to write down your goals with specific details. Then Helen helps you break down your goals into manageable pieces so that you can tackle each step, one at a time.

Services to individuals and businesses are provided on-site in the southern seacoast area of Maine, seacoast area of New Hampshire, and northeastern Massachusetts from Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rates are determined by the hours required, on a sliding scale.
